1. Have a set workspace - I've found having and sticking to a dedicated area for working in, helps seperate work and home e.g. a home study or tabled area.
2. Routine - If you are used to a set routine for normal work, stick to it as closely as possible. Having your usual daily coffee(s) and by not waking up later just because you can, will help you to feel closer to normality.
3. Get Dressed - Similar to sticking to routine, getting dressed will help you transition from morning mode to being ready to work. Try not to stay in your pyjamas, no matter how comfy they may be!
4 . Make the most of a walk - Goverment guidelines permit a local daily walk for excercise. Make the most of the fresh air and exercise every day, even if you wouldn't normally. However, follow social distancing rules while doing so!
5. Be Positive - Video call loved ones, catch up with colleagues, share out that funny meme and remember - We are all in this together!
