Matt is one of eleven apprentices we have taken on in the past six years. We are passionate about giving young people the skills and qualifications they need to succeed and move on to other roles within the company and the freedom to pursue their own interests within the field.
We have worked with various apprenticeship providers over the years. This has lead to some excellent partnerships and some amazing support for our apprentices, here's what Baltic Apprenticeships said:
